She has worked with hundreds of individuals and numerous organizations across industries and functions to coach executives, deliver team development programs, and create leadership strategy initiatives. She works with Fortune 100s to start up clients, including Genentech, Roche, Pfizer, Walmart, ThyssenKrupp, Zero Motorcycles, Blue Coat Systems, Sutter Health, One Medical, and many other companies.
Lori brings a wide breadth of skills and experience to client engagements. Her Executive Coaching practice helps executives increase their leadership effectiveness for greater impact and influence, manage role transitions, and focus on other development areas. Her Team Development engagements include design and facilitation of leadership development workshops, group offsites, and other team-focused objectives. Leadership Strategy centers on design and implementation of organizational initiatives – from talent philosophy, competency modeling and experience mapping, to leadership assessment, and succession planning.
She holds a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and an MA and BA in Research Psychology. She has held leadership roles in talent management, executive development, and executive coaching at global enterprises, including Applied Materials, Gap Inc., Intuit, PDI, and International Survey Research. Early in her career, she held a faculty position in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at San Jose State University.
